I've genuinely loved using Nikki's 1-2-1 personal training. After many, many years of no exercise, she gave me the confidence to start again. Nikki is a very warm, friendly and professional personal trainer who's given me such support and encouragement, both in training and diet. I even get homework! Don't hesitate, she's fab!

I have thoroughly enjoyed all my sessions with Nicola and am now really starting to see the results. After my second child I was keen to get back in shape and Nicola has delivered the results she promised. The sessions are fun and efficient and her words of advice and encouragement regarding diet and fitness have been great.

Training with Nicola has been great. I was amazed with the results and since then have started to see muscle definition. Nicola works hard to get you the results that you want in a private and friendly enviroment. I would highly recommend Nicola's training sessions to anyone.
