Circuit training is a fantastic way to workout! It is ideal for developing ‘overall’ fitness.

- allows you to work at your own individual pace
- allows you to get a balanced & effective workout in a relatively short time-period
The Team Goss Fitness “Circuit Solutions” class runs on Wednesday evenings, 7:30 – 8:30, at the Epping Methodist Church Hall (Age 16 +). Currently, we are a group of women, working together on our fitness goals. That’s not to say that men aren’t welcome of course! This is a class for all, male/female, beginners to fitness fanatics, you will be able to work at your own pace.
This year we will have a little fitness test every 6 weeks. This is purely for you to be able to see the progress you are making. Remember you are only competing with yourself!
The classes alternate between a traditional circuit layout (8-9 stations to move around) and a HIIT / Tabata session in order to mix things up a bit and keep your body guessing. Both types of session include some toning / core conditioning exercises. The exercises mainly use body weight although we do use some equipment (Dumbbells, Resistance bands, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells etc).
So come and join this friendly, encouraging group, sweat buckets, get fit and enjoy the fun! Your first class is free!
